Community involvement

Contributing to local and national agencies with both time and financial contributions is part of who we are. Here are just a few of the organizations Queen Consulting Group supports:

Boston Children’s Hospital

Boston Children’s Hospital is a 395-bed comprehensive center for pediatric healthcare. As one of the largest pediatric medical centers in the United States, Children’s offers a complete range of healthcare services for children from birth through 21 years of age. They are the #1 children’s hospital in the nation for 2015-2016, according to U.S. News & World Report.

Travelers Championship

What makes the Travelers Championship so special and important is its true purpose – helping to support charities throughout our community. The tournament’s mission of giving back has had a direct impact on more than hundreds of nonprofit organizations, including The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, which serves children and families coping with cancer and other serious illnesses. The Travelers Championship is proud to be a PGA TOUR event, which donates 100% of net proceeds each year to nonprofit organizations throughout New England. In 2014, the Travelers Championship generated $1.558 million for more than 140 charities throughout the region. The tournament has contributed more than $32 million to the local community since its inception in 1952.

YWCA In the Company of Women event

The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

For over eighty years, our YWCA has been making a difference in the lives of women, children and families in White Plains and Westchester by:

  • Being the largest provider of supportive housing for low-income women in New York State and the only provider in Westchester County;
  • Cultivating girls to be tomorrow’s leaders;
  • Preparing children for a bright future through one of the largest early education and youth services programs in the County; and,
  • Putting better health and wellness within reach of all, including the developmentally disabled.

United Way

United Way improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good. We all have a stake in what befalls our fellow man. We all benefit when a child succeeds in school, when someone finds a job that will help them provide for their family, or when more people are able to access quality, affordable health care.
