Carl Foster

Carl

Carl is President of Queen Consulting Group. He has over thirty years experience in the IT consulting industry. He began his career as a software engineer and held recruiting, sales and management positions before starting his own company in 1985, The Systems Group, Inc. (TSG).  TSG grew to become the largest independently owned IT staffing company in Connecticut serving insurance, healthcare, financial, retail, manufacturing and government clients throughout the Northeast.

Carl supports a variety of charities focused on the well-being of children and cancer research. Carl is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and resides in Connecticut where he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jess Doherty

Jess

Jess has worked in the staffing industry since 1999. She has held various recruiting and business development roles over the years and is currently the Market Director for Queen Consulting Group. She focuses mainly on the healthcare IT industry and has partnered with many healthcare organizations across New England to provide consultants for their IS projects.

Jess has been involved with the New England Chapter of HIMSS since 2007, both as a member and corporate sponsor, and has been on the board of directors since 2010 serving in various roles.

She received her degree in business administration from Gordon College. She lives in Beverly, MA with her husband Brian and their daughters Gwen and Eve. She is actively involved with nonprofit organizations including their church and several international charitable foundations.

Amy Migliore

Amy has been in the IT staffing industry since 2006 with a focus on healthcare IT. She is a recognized leader in recruiting qualified IT professionals for healthcare roles in and around the Boston area. Amy is currently the Recruiting Director for Queen Consulting Group. She works with many local healthcare organizations to provide consultants for their technology and information systems projects.

Amy received her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. She is actively involved with several adult soccer leagues in the Boston area and has coached at Tufts University in the past. She currently lives in Rowley, MA with her family.

Melissa Hunter

Hunter

Melissa brings over 20 years of management and HR experience to her role as the Director of Operations. She studied broadcasting and communications at Arizona State University and later English literature at the Community College of Southern Nevada.

Melissa currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with her husband Rob and their three dogs, Pogo, Frisco and Diego.  She is an avid CrossFit athlete, a published novelist, and is passionate about experiencing other countries and cultures through world travel.
